Many international services, freelancers’ clients, course providers and online shops send their invoices through PayPal. If you are in Pakistan and your PayPal balance is empty, the simplest way is to top up your own PayPal USD balance with rupees and then pay the invoice from your PayPal account.
Short answer: open EasyPaisa to PayPal USD, JazzCash to PayPal USD or bank transfer to PayPal USD, enter the e-mail of your PayPal account, pay in PKR, and once the USD arrives, pay the invoice from PayPal.
Step 1: work out how much you need
- Check the invoice amount and currency. If it is in USD, add a small margin for any PayPal fee on your side.
- If the invoice is in EUR, GBP, AUD or CAD, PayPal can convert from USD at its own rate, or you can receive that currency directly — see PayPal EUR, GBP, AUD and CAD.
Step 2: top up PayPal USD
- With PKR: EasyPaisa → PayPal USD, JazzCash → PayPal USD, Bank transfer PKR → PayPal USD
- With crypto or e-wallets: USDT TRC20 → PayPal USD, Volet USD → PayPal USD

Step 3: pay the invoice
Open the invoice link or your PayPal account, choose to pay from your PayPal balance and confirm. Keep the PayPal receipt for your records.

Can XChangic pay the invoice directly to the seller?
No. Funds go to a PayPal account in your own name, and you make the payment yourself. This keeps the payment under your control.

Can I pay a PayPal invoice with USDT?
