This page describes which personal information the XChangic website (www.xchangic.com) collects, why it is collected and which third-party services are involved. It should be read together with the site rules, the AML/KYC policy and the consent to personal data processing.
Information you give us
- Account information: when you register you provide a login name, an e-mail address and a password. You may add payment details (wallet addresses, account numbers) to your account for later orders.
- Order information: when you place an exchange order you provide the amount, the exchange direction, the account or wallet details where you want to receive the funds and an e-mail address. The order, its status history and the payment details you used are stored with your order.
- Verification information: where the site rules or the AML/KYC policy require it, you may be asked to upload identity documents, a selfie with a document, or screenshots or a video of the wallet you sent funds from. This information is used only to verify the order and the account.
- Support communications: messages you send through the contact form, the website live chat or the Telegram bot, together with the e-mail address you give.
- Reviews: the name and text you submit on the reviews page are published on the website.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: the web server records your IP address, the pages you request, the time of the request, your browser type and the referring page. These records are used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
- Session data and cookies: the website sets session cookies that keep you logged in and remember your language and your current order. - The transaction-screening service named in the AML/KYC policy, which receives wallet addresses and transaction data for risk checks.
- Hosting, content-delivery and e-mail providers that operate the website infrastructure.
- Law-enforcement or supervisory bodies where the AML/KYC policy or applicable law requires it.
XChangic does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can change the details stored in your account from the account pages. You can decline third-party cookies in your browser; the website functions (orders, status pages) still work with session cookies only. To ask what information is held about you, to correct it or to close your account, contact support through the website live chat or the contact form.
Retention and changes to this page
Account, order and verification records are kept for as long as the site rules and the AML/KYC policy require them for compliance and dispute handling. This page is reviewed when the service or its processes change; the date of the last change is shown by the page itself.
