What XChangic is
XChangic (www.xchangic.com) is an online exchange service for e-currencies and cryptocurrencies. Customers in Pakistan use it to exchange local payment methods such as EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer in PKR against digital currencies and e-wallets, and to exchange one digital currency for another. The service also serves customers in the UAE for a smaller set of AED routes.
How the platform works
Every exchange is an individual exchange direction (for example EasyPaisa PKR to Tether TRC20). Each direction page shows the current rate, the minimum and maximum amount and the available reserve. You choose the direction, enter the amount, provide the details where you want to receive the funds, confirm the order and pay to the details shown on the order page. Orders are processed manually by the XChangic team; the expected processing window is shown on each direction page and in the order itself. You can follow an order from your account or from the order page sent to your e-mail.
What is currently offered
At the time of writing the platform lists more than 1,200 active directions between about 50 currencies. The main groups are:
- Pakistani rupee rails: EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer (PKR) – used to buy cryptocurrency and e-wallet balances and to cash out.
- Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, Cardano, Polkadot, Chainlink, Dash, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, and stablecoins such as USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, SOL, TON, Polygon, Arbitrum), USDC and TrueUSD.
- E-wallets: Payoneer, Volet (formerly Advcash), Skrill and Neteller can be bought and sold; PayPal, Wise, Revolut and Payoneer EUR balances can currently be bought (you send PKR or crypto and receive on the wallet) but not sold to XChangic.
- UAE: a limited set of AED bank-transfer and cash routes.

Rates and fees
Rates are published live on every direction page and on the homepage; they come from the platform’s rate sources and change throughout the day. How payment fees are shown and which rules apply to an order is explained on the fees and rates page and in the site rules.
Verification and compliance
Account verification (KYC) is part of the site rules, and transactions are screened for money-laundering risk as described in the AML/KYC policy. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
