Status: XChangic currently does not offer withdrawal of PayPal funds – the directions PayPal USD to EasyPaisa, PayPal USD to JazzCash and PayPal USD to bank transfer PKR are unavailable, as are PayPal to USDT and PayPal to other wallets. Pages for those old directions now lead here. Buying PayPal balance with PKR is available (see below).
Why withdrawing PayPal in Pakistan is a question at all
PayPal does not offer accounts to residents of Pakistan, so freelancers and sellers who receive PayPal payments usually look for a way to turn that balance into rupees. XChangic used to list PayPal-to-PKR directions for this. Those directions are switched off for now; this page will be changed if they return. Do not send PayPal funds to any XChangic address or e-mail – there is no active order type that accepts them.
What you can do on XChangic today
- Buy PayPal USD with PKR: EasyPaisa to PayPal USD, JazzCash to PayPal USD, bank transfer to PayPal USD. You pay in PKR and receive on your PayPal account.
- Buy PayPal USD with crypto: for example USDT TRC20 to PayPal USD or Bitcoin to PayPal USD. PayPal EUR, GBP, AUD and CAD directions also exist.
- Cash out other balances to PKR: Payoneer, Volet, Skrill, Neteller and stablecoins can be sold for EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer – see the Payoneer and USDT pages.
